Return Policy



We will only accept requests for returns or exchanges if the reason for return is due to an error on our part. Return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the customer's original purchase, unfortunately we
cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was
received. Products must also be in the original packaging.

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase; including order number.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once a return is received and inspected, customer support will send the customer an email notification that the returned item has been received. We will also notify the customer of approval or rejection of the refund.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be
issued to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If customer has not received a refund within a reasonable timeframe, we ask that you please check your bank or credit card account and
contact the respective financial institution, as there is often some processing time associated before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: Customer will be responsible for cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time frame to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are returning an item over $75, please consider using a shipping service that offers
tracking or purchasing shipping insurance.
We offer no guarantees towards the receiving of your returned item.
